Stephan Godevais President and CEO
Stephan has more than 21 years experience in the computing industry holding executive and general management positions for over half of his career. Recently, Stephan served as Chairman, CEO and President of Valence Technologies, an innovative battery technology company and prior to that was Vice President and General Manager of the Inspiron™ and Dimension™ product groups at Dell® Inc.
In his role at Augmentix, Stephan leads a seasoned management team with extensive experience in engineering and commercializing rugged, high-availability computer systems. Stephan’s direct experience with Dell and vast industry expertise in advanced computing technologies is ideally suited to the Company’s core product, market
and business strategies.
Stephan also served in various General Management, Marketing and Business Development roles for Hewlett Packard and Digital Equipment Corporation. Stephan is well known and respected in the industry, based on his track record of creating innovative, technologically-advanced products, developing emerging markets and delivering positive, proven business results.
Robert Alvarez Chief Financial Officer
Robert has more than a decade of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, management, and business transactions working with both public and private technology companies.
Robert has a proven track record of leading successful company mergers and acquisitions, establishing financial systems and, maximizing capital efficiencies, as well as building and managing cross-functional teams.
Robert was recently the Vice President of Finance and Secretary at Conformative Systems, Inc., an XML acceleration server company, where he facilitated the successful acquisition of the company by Intel Corporation in 2005. Prior to Conformative, Robert was the Director of Finance at Crossroads Systems, Inc., a leading global provider of enterprise storage network solutions, where he was responsible for all facets of Financial Management, Treasury, SEC Reporting and Business Planning. Robert also played a key role in the company’s successful $80 million IPO as well as various strategic acquisitions and new business partnerships. Prior to Crossroads, Robert was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and held various financial and business analyst roles at Dell Inc.

Ahmad Chamseddine Vice President of Engineering and Operations
Ahmad has more than a decade of experience in the computer industry ranging from COTS for military and aerospace markets to leading-edge commercial high technology for the enterprise server market. He has experience in all aspects of tactical complex product development requiring a dedicated focus on flawless execution, time-to-market product launch, high-quality defect-free products, and cost and risk management.
Ahmad's experience also includes strategic roles where he participated in setting up robust development processes to render product execution deterministic as well as driving product planning strategies and architectures with emphasis on balancing industry technology with cost and customer requirements.
Ahmad has held various management roles at PowerStone Systems, Dell Enterprise Server Group and General Dynamics Canada.

Richard Perley Vice President of Marketing
Rich has almost two decades of experience building businesses, increasing revenue, and expanding product families and market share for global companies in the mobile computing and communication industries.
Rich’s expertise includes establishing companies in the high tech market, and developing successful business plans that lead to key strategic business relationships. Throughout his career, Rich has worked in senior marketing and management positions developing marketing, sales, product and distribution plans.
Rich was recently the Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of Xplore Technologies® Corp. where he managed all facets of marketing and established the company as a leading provider of rugged Tablet PC computers. Rich’s marketing efforts increased sales revenue and market penetration, and positioned the company as a global engineering, manufacturing and marketer of rugged Tablet PC computing and integrated wireless systems.
Prior to Xplore, Rich was the Vice President of Marketing for Global Data/Tellular where he led the company’s expansion throughout North America. Previously, Rich worked at Motorola where he was an integral part of a highly successful management team that launched Motorola’s Cellular Subscriber business in Canada. With exponential revenue and profit growth, this business unit created a sustainable market share leadership position. Rich also served on Motorola’s worldwide Advertising and Public Relations Forum.

Jim Sauer Vice President of Sales
Jim has more than 20 years of experience developing marketing and sales strategies for computer companies with clients across the globe.
Jim’s expertise includes successfully developing and implementing enterprise sales strategies, building strategic alliances and transforming underperforming products to successful profit centers. Jim has a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales compensation and training programs, along with marketing programs, communications and transactional/internet sales strategies. Throughout his career, Jim has led outside and inside sales teams responsible for selling hardware, software and related services, and has managed enterprise product sales for global accounts that produced multimillion dollars in sales.
Jim was recently a Vice President at Dell Inc. and was responsible for generating $900 million in revenue from 50 of the corporation's largest global accounts, including GE, Exxon-Mobile, UTC, General Dynamics, Dupont, EDS and Seimens. Previously, Jim led the sales team at Dell which launched enterprise products into the public sector. During his tenure, sales grew to $700 million and included winning multi-million dollar contracts with the US Navy, US Air Force, EPA, Cornell University, State of New York, State of Florida, and New York Public Schools. Prior to joining Dell in 1997, Jim was the Director of Sales at Compaq Computer where he was responsible for generating revenues of $700 million across a variety of industry sectors throughout the southern United States.
